And the terrace tables are out already. Not everywhere is opening today, though: the restaurant in the town centre doesn’t re-open until Thursday, which put the kibosh on my suggestion of going out straight after karate on Wednesday.
So we’ve gone to plan B and will be booking a table for Friday evening to celebrate the start of the end of lockdown.
It’s not all over yet, of course, and it looks like I will be enjoying three day weekends until the end of the year.
