Statistics with Bad Drawings

Ben Orlin at Math with Bad Drawings has embarked on a series of stories on probability. Chapter 2 is out and it’s well worth a read – if nothing else, The Blindfold and the Chestnuts teaches that wasabi can be both evil and educational.

Go read it, the story entertainingly highlights the fact that probability is about the comparison. This is a fact that is far too frequently forgotten.
