Saturday, 5th December was Sinterklaasavond. This is the night that Sinter Klaas climbs down our (very narrow) chimney and stuffs a shoe with presents.
But first, chestnuts had to be peeled and stuffing had to be made.
It does take all day, but the evening eventually arrived and the trainee photographer was finally able to strut his stuff.
But why this room?
And what is that shoe full of carrots doing by the chimney?
